2015｜Company Foundation
Laizhou Dingzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Tushan Town, Laizhou in July 2015. Leveraging the industrial-cluster advantages of auto parts along Laizhou Bay, the company initially engaged in the processing of grey cast iron and ductile iron castings. It built casting and machining workshops, mainly producing auto brake discs, brake drums and other auto spare parts. At the early stage, the business was based on processing orders from other manufacturers.
2016-2018 | Consolidating Manufacturing Foundation & Expanding Domestic Market
The company continuously expanded its CNC processing equipment and improved casting electric furnaces and machining production lines. A complete production process from mold development to the brake disc prodcuts is built. Continuously expanding the catalogue of brake disc, established domestic sales channels, then the products code was increased rapidly, our products gradually coverd mainstream passenger and commercial vehicle models. Meanwhile, the basic product inspection procedures were established, ensure we can provide the perfet products to the market.
2019-2022 | Developing Foreign & Domestic Markets
Based on mature casting and machining production capacity, we started to delivery the overseas export business, Built independent overseas sales team, refined standardized export packaging procedures, the products were exported to overseas markets including Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East. Our company secured the stable customers both domestic and overseas.
2023-Present | Tech Innovation & enhancing independent R&D
The company increased investment in R&D and set up a dedicated technical R&D team, focusing on brake disc processing techniques and machining equipment, It has successively obtained multiple utility model patents,such as brake disc stamping dies, drilling equipment, shot-blasting equipment, and finished-product performance testing devices. We continuously iterated product processes, improved casting material quality control, now, the models have been over 6000, we also can develop the new products according to the customer's requirement. We believe that the quality is the root, quality products drive mutual development with our customers.
Our Factory
The company owns independent casting workshops and mechanical processing workshops, our main products are brake discs and brake drums, not only for cars but also for trucks. The material is gray cast iron, HT200, HT250, G3000, G3500, also ductile cast iron QT400-QT600, so that our products can meet the material performance requirements for different working conditions and vehicle models.After years of development, the factory has accumulated more than 6,000 product models for various vehicles and stocked over 4,000 sets molds. The products gradually cover passenger cars and commercial vehicles in many countries.
The factory is well-equipped with complete production machinery and has sufficient production capacity, two professional casting electric furnaces,over 50 CNC processing machines, special core-shooting machines and a set of testing equipment, so we can finsih mold design, development and manufacturing, then upate the products continuously. The factory has complete processing equipment, shot-blasting, stamping, drilling and finishing processing equipment, meanwhile, the company holds multiple utility model patents for brake disc processing. The company has established the comprehensive quality control procedures, random inspection of incoming raw materials, patrol inspection during production processes, product inspection before delivery, so we can ensure dimensional accuracy, material stability and wear resistance, and provide the best quality products to the market.
