Surface Treatment

Our factory is equipped with professional and standardized surface treatment production lines and adopts industry-leading environmentally friendly treatment processes. We specialize in professional surface protection and appearance finishing for automotive brake discs, brake drums and other brake parts. The entire production process strictly complies with international environmental standards, adopting pollution-free and low-emission treatment technologies throughout the whole process to balance product protection performance and green production requirements.
All surface treatment procedures adopt standardized parameter control and batch-by-batch sampling inspection. We strictly control coating thickness, adhesion, flatness and surface texture to ensure every product features uniform color, flawless surface, no paint peeling and no delamination. Meanwhile, we can provide a variety of surface treatment solutions and appearance specifications according to customers' diverse market demands and customization requirements. While strengthening product protection performance, we improve overall aesthetics and market competitiveness, fully meeting the export supporting and bulk procurement standards of customers around the world.
Machining Workshop
Our factory features a professional and standardized mechanical processing workshop with a well-regulated and rational overall layout. It adopts an enclosed dust-free working environment and maintains well-organized production management. The workshop is fully equipped with a complete set of advanced processing equipment including high-precision CNC machining centers, precision lathes, boring machines and grinding machines. With complete hardware configuration and a high degree of automation, it enables automated continuous processing operations.
Starting from the incoming blanks, we strictly carry out a full range of precision processing procedures such as rough turning, finish turning, inner hole boring, end face precision grinding, chamfering and shaping, as well as reference calibration. Standardized process parameters are adopted for full-process control, and a three-level quality inspection mechanism consisting of first-piece inspection, in-process patrol inspection and finished product re-inspection is implemented. We rigorously control product dimensional tolerances, flatness, parallelism and various precision parameters to eliminate dimensional deviations and process defects.
The workshop is staffed by an experienced professional technical team who are proficient in the processing standards of brake discs and brake drums for various passenger and commercial vehicles. It can meet the precision processing demands of standard parts, customized non-standard parts and multi-specification vehicle parts. Leveraging the automated assembly line production mode, we not only ensure mass production and delivery capacity, but also maintain the precision consistency and interchangeability of each batch of products. It lays a solid quality foundation for subsequent surface treatment, anti-corrosion coating and finished product delivery, fully satisfying global customers' needs for bulk procurement, customized development and long-term stable supply.

FAQ
Q1: Which specific Nissan vehicle models are compatible with the OE#402061HA0A front brake rotors? What potential safety hazards arise from forced installation on mismatched vehicle models?
A: The 402061HA0A is an exclusive vented front brake rotor engineered for the global-spec Nissan Sunny N17 (2011–2019) and Nissan March K13 (2010–2016). It also fits base-trim Nissan Note E12 built on the same vehicle platform. This rotor precisely duplicates factory bolt pattern, center bore diameter and blade angles of spiral ventilation slots, with a 1:1 flange mounting surface match to original chassis dimensions. It is incompatible with post-2020 updated Sunny N18 and March K14, and cannot be used interchangeably on Sylphy, Tiida, Livina and other Nissan model lines. Forced cross-model installation leads to severe safety risks including misaligned caliper pistons, excessive hub mounting clearance and violent steering wheel vibration during high-speed braking; this component is strictly designed for vehicle-specific application only.
Q2: What are the OEM-standard installation specifications and matching consumables when replacing 402061HA0A front brake rotors on Sunny N17 and March K13?
A: Per Nissan's official service manual, the specified tightening torque for front hub bolts on both models is 98Nm. Bolts must be tightened incrementally in a crisscross sequence over three separate steps; one-time over-torquing is forbidden as it causes flange deformation and subsequent rotor runout. The matching OEM brake pad carries OE part number D10601HA0A. Left and right rotors on the same axle must be replaced in pairs, paired with brand-new brake pads to guarantee full contact precision of friction surfaces. Only DOT4 grade Japanese-spec brake fluid is recommended to match the original vehicle's hydraulic pressure parameters. Newly installed rotors require a 500-kilometer break-in period; avoid heavy continuous braking under full load on long downhill roads for the first 260km. Minor fine squealing noises during break-in are normal wear-in characteristics of new brake pads.
Q3: As a vented front rotor for compact cars, will the 402061HA0A suffer heat fade and deformation from frequent stop-and-go driving in congested urban traffic?
A: Abnormal heat fade will not occur. For entry-level family vehicles Sunny and March, approximately 72% of total braking load is borne by front wheels, hence factory-fitted vented rotors are purpose-built to endure frequent short-distance urban stop-start conditions. Constructed from chromium-manganese modified GG25 high-carbon alloy with factory-spec spiral ventilation slots, the 402061HA0A delivers 38% higher heat dissipation efficiency than generic solid rotors from no-name manufacturers. Optimized metallographic structure grants superior thermal deformation resistance versus standard stock cast iron rotors. Under daily rush-hour repeated partial braking and short suburban downhill drives, rotor surface temperature stays within safe operating limits without brake fading or rotor warpage. Conventional physical heat fade only occurs under prolonged aggressive track racing or full-load continuous braking on downhill stretches over 8 kilometers long, which does not count as a product defect..
